New Videos: David Banner, Precious Paris, Slaughterhouse, Dawn Richard, Melanie Fiona, Phonte

New music videos for your viewing pleasure.

1. David Banner (feat. Snoop Dogg, Nipsey Hussle, The Game & Ras) – “Californication”

Forget the sunshine and fun that you normally associate with Cali! This video right here reflects the darker side of the west coast. Nice to see a new view.

2. Precious Paris (feat. 50 Cent) – “Everything OK”

Every rapper needs their “homwtown” video, so this is a good start for Precious Paris. Coming out the east coast with 50 Cent co-signing isn’t a bad look either. We see you!

3. Slaughterhouse – “Hammer Dance”

The beat definitely knocks on this one. The behind-the-scenes realness is exactly what we expect from Slaughterhouse. This is a fan appreciation video, and we appreciate them for making it.

4. Dawn Richard – “BOMBS”

If you took Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair” song and Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls)” video, this is what you’d basically have. Kudos to Dawn for going hard with the dancing, but it’s nothing here that really stands out.

5. Melanie Fiona – “Watch Me Work”

We peeped some of our favorite movies (Kill Bill, Bridesmaids, Grindhouse) in this video. We see what Mel was trying to pull with this one. Powerful women FTW!

6. Phonte (feat. Evidence & Big K.R.I.T.) – “The Life Of Kings”

9th Wonder never dissapoints on the beats. Paired with Krit and Phonte spitting fire, the simplicity of the video matches the song perfectly. Oh, and check out Phonte’s moms mouthing Evidence’s verse midway through—Classic!
