Rihanna Stops Interview After Asked About Love Life
It's rude to ask a woman her age and weight. If you're Rihanna, her past relationships are off-limits as well.
While promoting her upcoming film Battleship, the Barbados beauty spoke one-on-one with Natalie Barr of Australia's top morning show Sunrise.
The "We Found Love" singer spoke about her crossover to film, and said she doesn't see why she couldn't juggle music and movies.
"I don’t see why I can’t do both," she said. "I love music and after my first experience with movies I had such a great time that I can’t wait to do more."
She also addressed possibly playing the lead role in the Whitney Houston biopic and said it would be "emotional."
"Her music is something that I’m very close to so I guess it would be fulfilling as well as a lot of pressure," says Rih.
Once Barr began to dabble in the rumors surrounding Rih's hookup with Ashton Kutcher and past flame Chris Brown (who was coincidentally visiting Australia the same week), guards were up immediately.
How frustrating is it when you’re linked to another Hollywood star even if you’ve barely met them?
Very frustrating. Almost as frustrating as being asked about it.
You don’t like being asked about it?
I mean what’s the point?
Well, people are interested in you because you’re a big star.
They are. They’re interested in a lot of things that don’t matter or shouldn’t matter.
Needless to say the interview ended there.
