3. Zap zits.
Because bacteria can cause acne, treat surfacing pimples with a product containing an antibacterial ingredient like sulfur and benzoyl peroxide. Tea tree oil is a natural alternative that also has antibacterial properties.

4. Stretch.
Stretching before bed makes you to fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply. Hold each stretch position steadily for 15 – 30 seconds. Breathe slowly and deeply.

5. Get 8 hours.
One of the simplest tricks you can do over night is get enough sleep. While there is no “magic number” for how many hours of sleep you should get a nightt, it’s recommended that adults get 7 – 9 hours of rest. You’ll wake up feeling energized.
