Would You Pay $1 Million For a Parking Spot?
It appears as if New York City has truly lost it this time. The city’s first million-dollar parking space is on the market. Located on 66 E. 11th St., the private parking spot is inside a luxury condominium.
The space is about 12 feet wide, 23 feet long and more than 15 feet high and will come with a deed and contract and even be charged maintenance fees. The space will go to the 8,000 square-feet town house or to the penthouse in the building, according to the developer Morad Fareed. This is the perfect deal for any celebrity or person who the price won’t put a dent in their bank account.
