Sheree Whitfield Speaks On Her Departure From 'The Real Housewives Of Atlanta,' Gets Focused On Fitness
While the dinner and cocktails are seemingly plentiful and there seems to always be an array of fancy soiree’s to attend, being a “Real Housewife” isn’t all peaches and cream. And after enduring four seasons on Bravo’s hit reality series “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta,” Sheree Whitfield was more than eager to say so long to the show. The 42-year-old mom of three, who says she voluntarily left the show, cited her children as one of the reasons for her departure. “We don’t see the editing or what’s going on until the few days before everyone else and I saw how it affected my kids and their lives seeing their parents on TV, in court fighting. It’s just not good. So I felt like I needed to step back, because at the end of the day, I am more than just what you see on TV,” said Whitfield.
But now that the weight of the show has been lifted off of her shoulders, Whitfield has switched her focus to fitness and healthy living, a topic she was noticeably passionate about while on “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.” During the second part of our exclusive interview, Whitfield speaks on her exit from “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta,” gives an update on She By Sheree and speaks on her involvement in the “Lose 5 Million Pounds” campaign.
