Tony Parker Sues W.i.P. for Injuries From Chris Brown/Drake Brawl

Tony Parker, NBA star of the San Antonio Spurs, was one of many celebrities at the downtown NYC club W.i.P. last Thursday (June 14), and he was also one of the famous and non-famous party-goers to obtain injuries from the wine bottle tossing shenanigans that took place between the camps of Drake and Chris Brown.

Parker, a pal of Brown, suffered injuries to his cornea, lacerations specifically, and the ailments could cause later, damaging effects to his heath, derailment of his NBA career, and participation in the Olympic games with the France basketball team.

As part of his $20 million mega lawsuit, Parker is accusing W.i.P. for being negligent of the touchy situation between Drake and Brown, as they believed they shouldn’t have been in the same small VIP section in the club in the first place, and essentially accused the club of using the possible–and eventual–drama for monetary and press purposes. From Parker’s account, he even claims that the bar and bottle service continued to serve both camps drinks that were involved in the brawl.

According to TMZ, Drake and Brown could even be brought in as defendants if the case goes any further, but results from the police are still coming in from investigation.
