Lady Gaga Vogue Cover Extremely Retouched

Celebrities need a slight touch-up every once in a while, but this may be an extreme alteration. In a behind-the-scenes video montage from Vogue magazine, a porcelain-skinned Lady Gaga seems to have a more shapely bod in comparison to her Vogue cover image. Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in honor of the very first cover of the high-end fashion mag, Mother Monster rocks a purple Marc Jacobs gown with a teeny waist and bottle-like figurine whereas the video shows a more natural looking Stephanie Germanotta. Do you think the Photoshop change was drastic?
