After winning gold and silver medals in the 2012 London Olympics in Track and Field sprint races this past summer, the 26-year-old athlete continues to maintain her sleek and sexy look.

At Tyra Banks’ Flawsome Ball in NYC Thursday (Oct. 18), Felix rocked the yellow carpet in a shimmery, silver one-shoulder number that complemented her complexion and flaunted her toned arms. With the holiday season slowly creeping into our calendars, we asked the running star for advice on keeping the weight down post-Halloween treats and Thanksgiving dinners.

“Moderation is key,” Felix said, though she admits she rather go in on the food now then burn it off later. “I’d rather go for the splurge and then keep my workouts up.”

She also offered up a fun way to spin gym time. “Work out with friends over the holidays and make it social.”
