Single-Leg Bridge

1. Lay faceup, knees bent, feet hip width apart – flat on the ground, and palms facing down at your sides.

2. Raise your right leg, 90 degrees

3. Use your core to raise your glutes off the floor until body is aligned from left knee to shoulders.

4. Slowly lower your bottom to the ground.

Repeat 20 times then switch
