TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List Features 35 Women

Jay-Z may have snagged a cover of the Time’s 100 Most Influential People issue, but women still run the world.

Of course Jigga’s Bonnie, Beyoncé, landed on the list under the icons section. The Pepsi frontwoman is inked in the annual issue along with 34 other groundbreaking women. First Lady Michelle Obama to president of South Korea Park Geun-hye are accompanied by Scandal genius Shonda Rhimes and COO of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg.

Lady Gaga snagged the no. 2 spot on the list etching out Kamala Harris, Lena Dunham, Mindy Kaling and President Barack Obama’s senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.

The 7-cover special also features actress Jennifer Lawrence and teenage activist Mala Yousafazi gracing the magazine.
