Diddy Appears On ‘Downton Abbey’…Sorta (Video)

Diddy punk’d followers when he announced his supposedly re-curring role in the high-brow hit series Downton Abbey.

The news left TV enthusiasts scratching their heads when the show’s home base PBS stated that the Bad Boy mogul wasn’t joining the cast of Julian Fellowes’s ITV drama. But the truth soon surfaced as Puff, a.k.a. Lord Wilcock, stunted for some laughs in an online comedy skit for Will Ferrell’s Funny Or Die site. “I’m Lord Wilcock and I love everybody!,” Sean Combs says as he host’s the Abbey’s first ever white party. This wouldn’t mark Diddy’s first acting gig. He made movie-goers peel over as Pinnacle Records chief Sergio in the 2010 funny flick Get ‘Em To The Greek alongside Russell Brand and Jonah Hill. With Puff’s pinpoint comedic timing and hilarious one-liners, the only thing missing from the spoof was the Ciroc. The real Downton Abbey returns for its fourth season Sunday, Jan. 5.
