Chief Keef Arrested Minutes After Court Hearing
Chief Keef has found himself at odds with the law once again. The Chi-town rapper, real name Keith Cozart, was arrested Monday (June 17) after pleading guilty to a speeding charge, the Chicago Tribune reports.
City police arrested the 17-year-old blocks from the Skokie Courthouse after his court hearing on a misdemeanor trespassing charge, according to Keef's lawyer Leah Starkman. “He’s still being processed,” she said. “I haven’t seen the paperwork.”
The teen troublemaker, who was arrested for disorderly conduct in May, was ordered by the judge to be on his best behavior. "You think you're invincible, and you're certainly not," said Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg. "Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you'll find out you're not…I sure hope I don't see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail."
