Governor Says He Got Drunk After Boston Bombings Manhunt

Even the Governor of Massachusetts has to pour it up from time to time.

One could only imagine how stressful it was for Gov. Deval Patrick to handle the horrific acts of the Boston marathon bombing.

According to a the Boston Herald, Patrick was under criticism from Boston citizens and even President Obama for making the decision to lock down parts of the state to search for the suspects. “Look, the reason why it worked out in the end is because we found him,” he said. “If we didn’t find him then people would be bitching and moaning about how we kept them indoors all day.”

After a four day-long nightmare, it seems only fitting that he would celebrate the happy ending with a happy hour.
