Miley Cyrus' Parents File For Divorce
While Miley Cyrus may not be able to stop partying, it seems the celebration has ended for her parents Tish and country singer Billy Ray. A rep for the pair tells ET that the two are officially calling it quits on their 19-year marriage. "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," the spokesperson said. It seemed the Disney starlet formerly known as Hannah Montana had yet to hear it from the parentals herself after she tried to get in contact with her pops on Twitter.
@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?

The couple -- who have three children together (Miley, Braison, and Noah) and raised two from Tish's previous marriage (Brandi and Trace) -- nearly divorced in 2010 but were able to reconcile their differences. "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family," the rep added. "We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers." Photo Credit: Getty
