Drake, Chris Brown Beat $16 Million Nightclub Lawsuit

Drake and Chris Brown can now pop bottles without any worries. After allegedly engaging in a nasty brawl last summer at New York City’s W.i.P., the two artists, who were sued for $16 million by Entertainment Enterprises, the company behind Greenhouse nightclub, have beat the case.

According to TMZ, the judge presiding over the scuffle sided with Drake, who claimed that he wasn’t responsible for how the media reported on the bottle-bopping fiasco. The judge reportedly added that the alleged showdown didn’t even occur on Greenhouse’s premises and that intoxicated fights break out on the regular. Long story short: Entertainment Enterprises took the L.

Though it took nearly a year for the suit to settle on the legal front, both men seem to have put the past behind them.

“I hear [Chris] has everything he could want now,” Drizzy recently told GQ. “I don’t want my name to be synonymous with that guy’s name. I really don’t. I wish we could sit down just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that’s not going to happen…”
