Diddy Inspires Young CEOs In Partnership With Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship

Diddy’s journey from label intern to rockstar A&R and now, media magnate has afforded him the opportunity to school the youth and build the next generation of entrepreneurs. In collaboration with global non-profit Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, the Bad Boy CEO spoke with kids at a New York event Thursday night (Oct. 3) on running their own businesses and being self-made bosses.

“I believe all young people should be given the opportunity to be successful and to pursue their passions and NFTE gives all kids the tools they need to be the CEOs of their future,” he said.

The 43-year-old music mogul, who is set to launch his own network Revolt TV on Oct. 21, has expanded his brand to include the Sean John Clothing Line, Ciroc and Bad Boy Records, a dream materialized from when he was still an undergrad.

“I understood that it was being an entrepreneur, I understood that that was my career path,” Diddy told the Huffington Post. “Being an entrepreneur means freedom, it means independence. It means being invested and believing in myself.”
