On how she lost the weight:

The new mom revealed her weight loss was done by using Atkins diet, which she also revealed worked for her while in college. “At the beginning I couldn’t exercise a whole lot,” she said, “But then I just started going on hikes with different family members, with my boyfriend, with anyone that would go on hikes with me … and it worked.”
