Man Fakes His Identity To Enter Jay Z Concert

You can’t knock John Henry Johnson’s hustle. He wanted to see Jay-Z live so bad that he faked his media credentials and snuck into the Magna Carter World Tour in Dallas.

Johnson told security at the American Airlines Center that he was actually Gian Carlo Donatelli, a name so ridiculously imposing that the guards faces were probably speechless. He convinced them that he was a 20-year veteran at Universal Music Group, and voila, he was in.

Later, the security manager approached Johnson and pushed him to confirm his identity. His credentials were found out as fake and he was not only thrown out of the concert, but also charged with providing false identification and criminal trespassing. Guess he forgot that Jay is tight with Obama. —Max Weinstein
