Robin Thicke Plays It Safe For ‘Blurred Lines’ Grammy Performance

Robin Thicke played it safe for his 2014 Grammy performance. After getting a bad rap sheet for his unrated music video for “Blurred Lines,” which featured half-nude models dancing around, and then later for his raunchy performance with Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards, Thicke took on some new, less profane performers — soft rockers Chicago, best known for the hit “You’re the Inspiration.”

Thicke and Chicago kicked of the performance with their the Chicago’s jazzy “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is.” Later, Thicke ran into the crowd and performed his hit “Blurred Lines” without any twerking incidences.
