African-American History Stumps White College Students On ‘Jeopardy’

For its annual College Championship series week, which also happened to fall under Black History Month, Jeopardy had three students who may have needed more schooling in African-American history. After mobbing through all of the other categories, the students–Whitney Thompson from the University of Oklahoma, Tucker Pope from Texas A&M and Laurie Beckoff from the University of Chicago–were asked questions about some of America’s most influential historical black figures, which had them all messed up. Watch it go down after the 15:50 mark.
