Watch: Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake Perform ‘The History Of Rap, Part 5′

Movies & TV

Wrapping up his premiere week as the new host of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon invited his faithful partner-in-funny, Justin Timberlake, to be a guest on last night’s show (Feb. 21). Reviving a favorite from his Late Night tenure, Fallon and JT performed a fifth installment of their “History Of Rap” sketch series. The two hit the new stage to recite snippets of rap favorites, from Kris Kross’ “Jump,” to Drake’s “Started From The Bottom,” to Run D.M.C.’s “Walk This Way” as they accompanied their act with each rapper’s signature moves.

Rounding out a week of guests that included the likes of Lady Gaga, Will Smith and Kim Kardashian, Timberlake’s Tonight Show appearance also included some of the singer’s classic Saturday Night Live sketches with Fallon, as well as a few new improv exchanges. And of course, JT doubled as the night’s musical act, performing “Not A Bad Thing.”

“I can’t think of a better guy to cap off the week with,” Fallon said of Timberlake. “It wouldn’t have felt complete without our guest tonight.”
