50 Cent Offers His Two Cents On Friendships And Family For GQ

Rapper-mogul 50 Cent shared some of his animal ambition as a life coach to GQ writer Zach Baron in the June issue. For a month, Fif helped Baron get richer experiences out of life and not die trying. Here, he also spoke on family issues and relationships.

“Me and my son, we don’t have a relationship anymore. It’s based on his mom,” Fifty said about being a father. “He’s adopted her way of thinking. I don’t have anything negative around the concept of kids.” Last July, 50 caught flack for allegedly being a deadbeat dad after his son called him out on Twitter.

The “Pilot” rapper also spoke on his past ties with former G-Unit comrades, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo, saying, “I enabled these guys. I wouldn’t have been a friend if I didn’t help them. But helping them hurt them. Maybe I was paying them to be friends.”
