After battling to win a strenuous Game 5 in the Playoffs against the Miami Heat Wednesday (May 28), Indiana Pacers’ Paul George will fight for another victory after being served a paternity suit by an ex-stripper, Page Six reports.

The plaintiff, Daniela Rajic, gave birth to a baby girl on May 1, and filed the papers May 28 in Manhattan Family Court, stating that George is the father. It’s been reported that the pair dated for a few months last year, but are no longer together.

The 24-year-old said he hasn’t received any legal documents, but said in a statement, “If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities.”
