Preview: Shelly Sterling Breaks Silence On Husband's Racist Comments
?In an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters, Donald Sterling's estranged wife, Shelly, says she will fight for her 50% ownership of the L.A. Clippers, despite her husband's lifetime ban from the NBA and being forced to sell his team.
?"To be honest with you, I'm wondering if a wife of one of the owners, and there's 30 owners, did something like that, said those racial slurs, would they oust the husband? Or would they leave the husband in?"?, she says.
Shelly also says that Donald may be suffering from dementia as he claims he doesn't remember making racist remarks to his mistress, V. Stiviano, in a leaked recording of him saying not to bring black people to his games.
For now, Time Warner chairman Richard Parsons has been appointed as the interim CEO of the Clippers, who are tied in the Western conference semi finals series with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Donald will also be sitting down with CNN's Anderson Cooper in his first public interview since his fallout with the league.
Catch the rest of Shelly's interview on World News tonight (May 12) on ABC at ?6:30pm ET.
