Justin Bieber Sued For Allegedly Hitting Pedestrian With Ferrari In 2013
Justin Bieber's past continues to haunt him. The 20-year-old singer is reportedly facing a lawsuit for allegedly hitting a pedestrian who was leaving West Hollywood's Laugh Factory with his Ferrari last year, THR reports.
Walter Damon Lee filed the lawsuit Wednesday (June 25) at the Superior Court of Los Angeles, claiming that he was struck by the Biebs around Laurel Avenue in June 2013. Lee is claiming property damage and personal injury in excess of $25,000.
According to the lawsuit, Bieber "negligently, carelessly, recklessly, wantonly and unlawfully" caused the Ferrari to strike Lee, resulting in him suffering "laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and leg, deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle." Lee also claimed he has been unable to work since the accident.
The news comes after JB was reportedly involved in a Beverly Hills crash Tuesday afternoon (June 24), when an Escalade that he was a passenger in was hit by another SUV. Police said no injuries occurred and no charges were filed.
