Tony Yayo Wants 50 Cent to Sign Remy Ma
After dismissing reunion rumors, G-Unit surprised fans when they all took the stage at Hot 97’s 2014 Summer Jam with head honcho 50 Cent. Since then, the Queens collective has been releasing new music, which means they are officially back in business.
Now that G-Unit is back in tact, member Tony Yayo wants to recruit a female back onto the team. Under an Instagram post that read "Free Remy Ma” Yayo captioned “Free Remy @50cent need to sign her first day out @_young6. She got bars for days.”
In a phone interview with Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex back in 2012, the Bronx femcee revealed that she would be home this year: "Yeah, been a little minute,” said Papoose’s wifey. “Been almost five years that I've been gone. People had a lot of time to chill. It's almost over. I'm gonna be back like I never left."
In February, her husband Papoose told the crowd at a Allentown, PA concert that she would be home July 30th. "July 30th, y'all," said the Brooklynite. "It's goin' down for real...She took that bid better than I seen a lot of niggas take they bids. I was there every step of the way and she took that shit like a champ. We ain't glorifying that shit. Whatever happened happened. But it's an actual fact. She handled that shit like a real bitch."
50 has yet to respond.
