If you know anything about Wiz Khalifa and his music, you know he doesn't just want you to party. He want's you to party hard. Last Friday, Wiz took to NYC's Pier 40 to kickoff a boozy boat function and preview his forthcoming Blacc Hollywood LP. Of course the album listening party—which was a part of Team Epiphany and Moet's popular #SUMMERFRIDAYS series—was done in style.
"Wish I could've smoked weed with all of y'all," he told a cocaina-white clad crowd while balancing an unlit blunt between his fingers. Non-smoking rules didn't bring down the high his ONIFC followup caused, though. Keeping true to his laid-back yet lively aura, Cameron Thomaz's promising August 19 release was designed to appeal to all levels of festivity followers.
With all white ensembles, post-work cocktails and the briny blue on all four sides, Vixen was on-hand to experience it all. Flip through to see pictures and video from the listening party as well as a few early thoughts on Khalifa's newest material.

"You and Your Friends" feat. Ty Dolla $ign and Snoop Dogg (prod. by DJ Mustard)
This west coast jam is sure to follow right behind "Loyal," "Main Chick" and "2 On" in the lineup of summer hits that DJ "Mustard on the beat, hoe" is responsible for.
"Raw" (prod. by Sledgren)
If you're a fan of "I Got Crack" by 2 Chainz, you'll love this turn-up tune based off Khalifa's partnership with RAW Rolling Papers.
"Staying Out All Night" (prod. by Dr. Luke)
Wiz calls this singsongy number a party song, but it's more like the song you drunkenly yell at the end of the night (a la Kelly Clarkson's "Since You Been Gone" and Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA").
"Ass Drop"
"We want our songs to be the twerk anthems," Wiz told the crowd after referencing the infamous Vine compilation videos. "That was my intention." Prepare to drop it low.
"So High" feat. Ghost Loft
A Wiz album wouldn't be a Wiz album without at least one weed song. This one might just convert a few non-believers to the high life. "I'm hoping that people smoke weed for the first time to this song," he said with a chuckle.
"True Colors" feat. Nicki Minaj
Don't expect a vicious verse from Ms. Minaj a la "Monster" or "Dungeon Dragon," but her sing-rap bars are still pretty thorough. According to Khalifa, "True Colors" isn't a traditional rap song, just a dope song in general about being yourself and staying true to who you are.
