New Music: Daft Punk ‘Human After All: The Remixes’

Last year, Daft Punk returned after a lengthy hiatus with May’s Random Access Memories. The Grammy award winning album brought a slice of electronic music with a dash of disco. Today, seemingly out of nowhere; a remix album has surfaced.

Human After All: The Remixes was originally a Japan only release but now fans worldwide can hear the project via Spotify or purchase it on iTunes. The 15-track album features no less than six remixes of 2005’s “Technologic” as well as appearances from Basement Jaxx and Le Knight Club, a side project of robot Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. Even though the album came out quietly, it hasn’t stopped longtime DP fans from losing their minds over it’s existence.
