Barbie Hits Milan Fashion Week At Moschino Show
Last year, Moschino shocked us when fast food chains and other junk foods were used as inspiration to their line of high-end threads. This year for Milan Fashion Week, Moschino’s creative director Jeremy Scott decided to use America's favorite doll Barbie as his muse and create a Spring/Summer 2015 line of looks inspired by the doll. The models really brought this theme to life, strutting the runway showing off their thin frames in Barbie-esque wear.
They even wore wigs that mirrored the one that Barbie wears atop her crown. The line included garbs with bright metallic colors, polka-dot patterns and two-piece get ups. The accessories were doll-like as well, with transparent purses and oversized shades.
Flip through to see the Barbies work it in their teeny bikinis, shiny button-ups and more.
