Pharrell's 'Happy' Track Is The Most Downloaded Song Ever In The UK
Pharrell Williams has more reason to continue his joyful career celebration.
The highly-popular producer's 2013-standout hit "Happy" just became the UK's most downloaded song ever, the Guardian reports.
“The people of the UK have been so supportive of me over the years... That’s the lifeline, without them you’re just a musician with a couple of ideas but with them, that is the thing that changes everything when they get involved, your little idea can become something," the G I R L soundscape creator said.
The 41-year-old artist also beats out his "Blurred Lines" counterpart Robin Thicke at number 2 and his Daft Punk collaborators for "Get Lucky" at number 3. Williams also edges out Adele, Maroon 5, Rihanna, Avicii, and the Black Eyed Peas in the top 10 roster.
Pharrell just wrapped up his performance at the iTunes Festival in London, England.
