DMX And Swizz Beatz Set The Barclays Center On Fire For ‘Def Jam 30′

The Dark Man crept out from the shadows last night (Oct 16) at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Celebrating 30 years of Hip-Hop, Def Jam, New York City’s most recognized hip-hop record label hosted a one-night-only-concert with some of its most notable acts from the past 3 decades.

Artists like LL Cool J, EPMD, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Ja Rule, Ashanti, Foxy Brown, Lil Kim, Fabolous and many more took their turns rocking the stage for the sold out crowd. However, it was DMX that received the biggest reaction of the night.

Around midnight, Kid Capri and Ed Lover introduced the Ruff Ryders headliner with Swizz Beatz by his side. And, from the moment he stepped out on the set — it was straight pandemonium. Watch RealTalkNY’s video recap of X performing “Ruff Ryders Anthem,” “Party Up,” and more.
