A Montgomery, Alabama pastor, Juan Demetrius McFarland, admitted to knowingly having the AIDs virus and not informing his sex partners about his status, drug use, and mishandling of church funds.

According to WSFA 12, the church leader of 23 years revealed the shocking news in front of his congregation at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.

Juan revealed he contracted HIV in 2003 and in 2008 it became full blown AIDS, yet he never disclosed his status to any of his sexual partners. The church deacon, Nathan Williams Jr. still in shock and disbelief said,”he knowingly engaged in adultery in the church building with female members of Shiloah Missionary Baptist church while knowingly having AIDs.”

He’s since been removed from the church but in Alabama it’s only a misdemeanor to have sex without revealing an STD status and no charges have been filed against him.
