Lil’ Wayne Is Being Sued Again… This Time Over His Single, ‘Mirror’

Another day, another lawsuit against Lil’ Wayne.

This time, Tunechi is being hit up over funds for his 2011 single, “Mirror.” According to TMZ, the song’s producer Ramen Owen, aka REO, claims that the Young Money boss has failed to pay him for his work on the record. In a statement sent to Owen, he was allegedly notified that he would receive at least $91,000. According to his suit, however, he was never paid.

This is the second suit filed against Lil’ Wayne in recent months. Back in August, a private jet company Signature Group LLC was looking for $1 million in damages after the rapper allegedly failed to make payments for a G-1159B Gulfstream jet.

Owens claims Lil’ Wayne promised him a cut of the profits for “Mirror.” The song pushed over 2 million copies. Remind yourself of what all the fuss is over by spinning “Mirror,” featuring Bruno Mars below:
