Chance The Rapper Is Chicago’s Outstanding Youth Of The Year

Congratulations are in order for Chancelor Bennett. Chance The Rapper is making waves in more than just the music world. Yesterday (Nov. 9), the Chicago rapper found out just how proud his city is of him. He was nominated and chosen by 100 fellow Chicago teens to receive Chicago’s Outstanding Youth Of The Year Award. Despite all his accolades and accomplishments when it comes to music, this one was “most important award [he] will ever win.” Chance also posed it up with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who was also in attendance.
