Michael Brown's Family Attorney Reacts To Grand Jury Decision, Says 'Nobody's Ever Held Accountable'
More ABC US news | ABC World News Regarding the Ferguson grand jury decision announced Monday (Nov. 24), not to indict Officer Darren Wilson to stand trail for the fatal shooting of teen Michael Brown, the lead family attorney of the slain 18-year-old has spoken out against the proceeding. In an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America (Nov. 25), Benjamin Crump expressed that "nobody's ever held accountable. We have to change the system." Crump also stated that the Brown family is fighting for a law in the name of their son, which will require police officers nationwide to wear a body camera. "They say we have to be disciplined and dignified. Can't have a few bad apples destroy the message of Michael brown's call for peace," Crump said.
