Suge Knight Collapses In Jail Cell
Rap mogul Suge Knight was rushed to the hospital Monday night (Nov. 3rd) after collapsing inside a Las Vegas jail cell. It's being reported that Knight suffered from a blood clot in his chest.
At the time of his hospitalization, the Death Row Records co-founder was seeking to post bail--which a judge set at $75,000--after being charged with one count of robbery for allegedly stealing a freelance photographer's camera in Los Angeles
While speaking with reporters, Knight's attorney Julie Raye said along with the blood clot, the 49 year old was also being treated for a painful bruise on the back of his head he sustained during the fall.
"I don't think there's anything life-threatening," Raye said, "But they're concerned about the blood clot in the lung area."
If convicted, Knight faces 30 years in prison.
