Eric Garner's Daughter Allegedly Tweeted NYPD Home Addresses
Erica Garner, late Eric Garner's daughter and one of his six children, allegedly tweeted NYPD home addresses of officer Justin D'Amico to her followers at 1:45 am Christmas Day. The New York Post reported that Erica tweeted D'Amico's address because he was an officer involved in her father's murder on July 17, 2017. The Post claimed she later deleted her post.
Erica's attorney said his client would not “consciously send information out about the personal address or phone number or any identifying information about the police officers…”
Erica tried to defend herself and began posting comments the day after Christmas. She claims she was “set up” and that her words were changed. She finally declared to wisely just stay off social media for a while.
There's no physical proof, so it's a very sticky situation on both sides.
