Yes, Kanye West Does Support The #BlackLivesMatter Movement
Though Kanye West hasn’t been publicly vocal or out in the streets protesting like some of his hip-hop cohorts, it seems he is still aware. This weekend, the largest rallies to take place since the spark of nationwide protests against police brutality took place, with demonstrators flocking to NYC, D.C. and other major cities. And West took to his Twitter page today (Dec. 16) to recognize the movement. Employing the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag, Yeezy acknowledged the wave of protests in a simple post:
600,000 people rallied for justice on Dec. 13th #blacklivesmatter

Perhaps he’ll trade his Yeezus shirt in for an “I Can’t Breathe” shirt next.
