However, this year has revealed much turbulence in hip hop’s reigning family. First, rumors swirled of Nicki Minaj and Drake drifting apart, but the two of them linked up during Hot 97’s Summer Jam to disprove the tale. Next, Tyga opened up to us about the label’s false friendships, citing total fallouts with Drake and Nicki. Now, Young Money’s head honcho is pulling back the ultimate curtain on Birdman’s Cash Money empire. Lil Wayne took to Twitter to blast the label, blaming them for album pushbacks and stifling his creativity. In short, Weezy wants no parts.
