Healthier Living: Start 2015 Off with the Mediterranean Diet

With the new year right around the corner, we’re preparing for 2015 with more resolutions and personal goals.

If you’re hoping to look and feel better next year with an occasional glass of red wine, we’re suggesting the Mediterranean diet.  The meal plan proves to not only have a great effect on your hair, skin and nails, but decreases the risk of depression, dementia and heart disease. The Mediterranean diet includes whole grains like quinoa, oatmeal, and nuts or seeds in lieu of junk food.
