Michael Brown's Stepfather Under Investigation For Inciting Ferguson Riots
Louis Head, Mike Brown's stepfather, is now under investigation for what some believe was intentionally inciting last week's riots after learning officer Darren Wilson would not be indicted.
Head, who has been married to Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden for four years, did not mince words when prosecutor Robert McCullough announced the grand jury's decision. Head was videotaped consoling McSpadden, and then with raw emotion let out his frustration.
"Burn this motherf---er down!" and "Burn this bitch down!" he yelled.
According to CNN, no charges have been filed against Head but police are interviewing close associates who were with him on Nov. 24, the day the decision was read and Ferguson, subsequently went up in flames.
Head is specifically being looked as one of the individuals who may have motivated rioters to loot and destroy many of Ferguson's small businesses. Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder is one of the most passionate voices calling for Head's arrest and claims he should be charged with inciting a riot.
Brown's mother is standing in her husband's corner. While speaking with CNN's Sunny Hostin last week, McSpadden said it wasn't her husband's words that incited the riots. It was the injustice that began with her son's death.
"I say that that's impossible," she said. "These things have been going on since August 9th, when it first happened.
