Are Cam’ron And Jim Jones Throwing Shots At Jay Z On This New Freestyle?

Music

We thought the Dipset and Jay Z beef was dead. Guess not.

It seems like Jim Jones, Cam’ron, and Funk Flex are going in. Wednesday (Jan. 15), during his HOT 97 radio show, Flex blasted Jay Z’s Life + Times’ website. Flex claims that he was contacted by Jay Z’s Life + Times’ about an interview concerning his app. However, information about’s Flex’s app wasn’t included in the story. Then Funk Flex alleged that the site contacted him again, asking questions regarding his involvement in the Dipset reunion. Flex found this to be strange, recalling that Dipset music was once banned from Jay Z’s 40/40 clubs.

Adding onto the tensions, Cam’ron and Jim Jones have now dropped a freestyle over the Diddy’s “Victory” beat from his No Way Out album. It seems as if the Harlem boys have a few words for Hov. The track also includes a sample of Funk Flex’s rant. First up to bat is Killa Cam, who alludes to Beyonce with a “Say My Name” reference.

“Having money, that don’t make you a real one/You stepped on the court, you gon’ play my game/Just take shawty’s advice and say my name,” he spits.
