Play Music In the Background
Putting on some music as you get dressed will help you glide you through your morning routine. Throw on an uplifting station on Pandora and you'll move at a much quicker pace than trying to go through the motions of the morning in silence.
Set Your Alarm 15 Minutes Earlier
Setting an extra alarm will help you actually wake up on time, especially if you're prone to hitting the snooze button three or four times a morning.
Read an Inspirational Quote
Reading an inspirational quote via an app or book right when you awake will not only stimulate your brain, but will set a positive outlook for the day.
Put Your Alarm Across The Room
Put your phone or alarm clock in a place where you have to make a significant effort to turn it off. It'll force you out of bed.
