Lil Wayne Wants Drake And Nicki Minaj Off Cash Money
Lil Wayne wants to protect all his investments, which is why the Young Money quarterback plans on taking Drake and Nicki Minaj with him once he leaves Cash Money.
According to TMZ, Weezy is suing Birdman for his release from Cash Money and for $8 million in what he claims is his owed advance from Tha Carter V album.
Along with wanting out, Tunechi will also sue to ensure his roster of artists stay with him, which includes Mack Maine who doubles as YM's president, Lil Twist and Christina Milian.
While Nicki and Drake are signed to Young Money, all Young Money artists have a distribution deal with Cash Money, which means the matter will have to legally be settled in court, but let Wayne tell it, Drake and Nic belong with him.
"I ain’t trippin’, I got Barbie, I got Drake too,” Wayne raps on Sorry 4 The Wait 2's "Coco" remix.
