Beyonce is encouraging fans to join her on her vegan journey by introducing her new meal plan with her partner and nutritionist Marco Borges. The curvaceous singer went vegan with her husband Jay-Z in 2013, which inspired a meal plan with 22 Days Nutrition.

The name comes from the idea that you can make or break a habit in 21 days. The meals are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic. Despite the worries and myths of being a vegan and not getting enough protein, the nuts, seeds, beans and grains will give your body the protein it needs to build muscle and give you energy.

“I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example,” Beyoncé said in a statement. “He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.”

That might seem like a lot, but from the looks of the food, ‘Yonce may be onto something. Some of the food that can be made with the meal plan are gluten free banana pancakes served with fresh berries, mango, kale and avocado salad and sweet potato and black bean chili with steamed broccoli or greens.

The meal plans start as low as $9.24 per meal and you can choose between one to three meals to be delivered to your house per day. –– Yvette Brown
