Day 2: Action Bronson’s ‘Mr. Wonderful’ Album Release Party At SXSW 2015

We already know Action Bronson stays “Actin’ Crazy” 7 days out of the week.

And, when he’s not beasting fans or chef’n it up in the kitchen — BamBam is onstage like a mad man.

Last night, the Flushing, Queens diplomat hosted a wild pre-album release party at the Scoot Inn for Austin’s SXSW music festival. With friends Funkmaster Flex, Curren$y, Da$h, Heems, Party Supplies, Mayhem Lauren and more, the New Yorker brought some aromatic raps to the outdoor stage in the name of his upcoming album, Mr. Wonderful.

With the homies warming up the stage for him, Action rushed the stage around 9:00 PM and went straight into the raps from all of his previous mixtape release — even singing his favorite 80s classics in between. But it was his new material that received the biggest applause of the night. To witness a sea of dudes harmonize “Baby Blue” together was quite the sight.

Pre-order the album on iTunes ahead of its Mar. 23 release date.
