Does A Phone Call From Jay Z Add Extra Incentive To Join TIDAL, Or Nah?
They say good customer service makes the money worth it, but will it work for TIDAL? And when we say good customer service, we mean a personal phone call from the company owners themselves.
In order to show his gratitude for TIDAL subscribers, flagship owner Jay Z has reportedly been making personal to people when they sign up for the shiny new music streaming service.
Vania Schlogel, Hov's right-hand TIDAL exec, told Business Insider that "he called some of his fans and one of them made the funniest comment. He said 'This is the best customer service call I’ve ever received!'" We bet.
Jay Z's not alone in the charm movement. Jack White and other high-profile artists affiliated with the service have been tapping into fans' contact info and hitting them up for friendly chit-chats.
Does this make you forget about the steep price points and want to sign up?
