Newly-Released Bill Cosby Deposition Reveals A Slew Of Questionable Quotes

The details surrounding another Bill Cosby deposition finds the once-beloved comedian in hot water yet again. In a report by The New York Times, 10-year-old court documents find the actor speaking his piece against Andrea Constand, a basketball manager at Cosby’s Temple University alma mater. Constand argued that Cosby drugged and molested her, leading to a round of questioning at the Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Hotel back in 2005 and 2006.

The report describes Cosby as “an unapologetic, cavalier playboy, someone who used a combination of fame, apparent concern and powerful sedatives in a calculated pursuit of young women.” Claiming to have given Constand one and a half Benadryl pills on the night in question, Cosby also offered details regarding keeping the affair from his wife Camille, as well as a conversation with Constand’s mother following the ordeal. He served as Constand’s mentor, describing his role to include “inviting her to my house, talking to her about personal situations dealing with her life, growth, education.”

While denying that he drugged Constand, Cosby also admitted in the latest deposition to procuring Quaaludes with the intentions to have sex with women he gave them to. Revealing seven prescriptions in total, the comedian said he told the doctor they were for back pain, but that he kept the party drug around “just in case.” When confronted by Constand’s mother about their tryst, to which the woman says was unconsented, Cosby implored Constand to “Tell your mother about the orgasm.”

During the deposition, Cosby also discussed sexual relationships with at least five other women, one whom he admitted to inquiring about her father’s cancer in an effort to have sex with her. Thirteen other women contributed anonymous statements. Read a few quotes from Cosby below:

My wife would not know it was because Andrea and I had had sex and that Andrea was now very, very upset and that she decided that she would like to go to school or whatever it is. We can get back on track.
