Romeo Santos: "F**k Donald Trump!"
The bachata superstar has something to get off his chest.
During his concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, bachata singer Romeo Santos audaciously gave presidential hopeful Donald Trump the middle finger. “F**k Donald Trump,” yelled Santos to the crowd. “You got a problem with Mexicans, but they building your f**king buildings, motherf**ker.”
The Dominican heartthrob isn't the only artist who's denounced Trump's anti-immigrant views. Just weeks prior, Becky G let her music do the telling and fired back with "We Are Mexico" tribute, while beloved Maná singer and composer Fher Olvera vilified the billionaire's words and made clear his political discourse was unacceptable.
“Latinos and Mexicans came to this country to build it from the ground up,” he told his fans at a June 18 concert at the Los Angeles Staples Center. “It doesn’t matter what one cabrón said – just remember that he insulted our fathers, our mothers; he insulted everyone. And that is inadmissible. When you go out to vote, which is soon, you know what you have to do.”
Meanwhile, Trump took to beefing up his security team after a death threat from recently escaped convict and notorious Mexican drug lord, El Chapo.
Oh well, can't say he wasn't warned…
