Hennessy’s ‘Run The Dish’ Digs Into New Latin American Grub
Remezcla in partnership with Hennessy Black has set out to navigate the culinary streets for gourmet wizardry. From Chef Kelvin Fernandez’s mouthwatering arepas to Chef Manolo Lopez’s contemporary twist on the traditional Puerto Rican favorite mofongo, Run the Dish aims to highlight up-and-coming chefs who are doing something new and different in the Latin American food scene.
A slew of industry VIPs and brand followers we treated to an evening baptized in an endless flow of Hennessy Black and complimentary Mexican bites, Thursday night (July 30). The intimate soiree culminated in a screening of Run the Dish, which officially launched the foodie web series.
